Our facebook group is full of people motivating each other to train everyday! Workouts are designed to deliver the best working using bodyweight and limited kit. Sessions are about 40 minutes with a strength focus.

Personal Training is back! We're working from B Pro Fitness in a purpose built, socially distanced outdoor training facility. We can still do remote if you want. Together we'll focus on a range of strengthening and toning exercises. Get stronger, fitter and leaner.

Training sessions are brought to you via Zoom (super easy to setup).

Max 1 person

One-to-one tuition, centred around your individual needs. We will help you to build a training plan, execute it and get your nutrition right to support your ambition. It's all about you!

Group training

Max 3 people

Small group sessions designed to meet your group goals and keep you motivated. A great way to train with friends, family or work mates. We love these as they are always full of energy.
